. i house oversight and government reform committee, republicans said they set a hearing for next week to investigate. hillary clinton says she plans to cooperate with the probe. the pennsylvania judge has struck down the state's election law requiring voters to show photo id. pennsylvania's law allowed voting only to those who could produce a state driver's license, government employee id, or a state non-driver id card. but on tuesday, a commonwealth court judge ruled the state does not have enough time to adequately provide id to all those that need it in time for the november 6 election. the law was among the strictest to pass as a nationwide effort critics say is aimed at disenfranchising lower-income residents and people of color who tend to vote democratic. after its passage earlier this year, pennsylvania's republican house majority leader, mark -- mike turzai, predicted it would help romney win the state. tuesday's ruling does help pave the way for its use in future elections. mississippi also announced it will not enforce its law requiring photo ids at the polls. palau was put

with this -- a lot of people would disagree with it -- let's get the government out of your life as much as possible, less taxes, less regulation, less government spending. the second thing romney did, which was really important, he said, look, i have a history of bipartisan cooperation. i worked with democrats. i did this in massachusetts. if you talk to democrats in massachusetts, they say romney was a very good governor, that they could work with him. maybe obama saw this because the significance of the last 3 1/2 years in the obama presidency is there was never cooperation or rarely cooperation. no or very few bipartisan agreements. the only time they did something was when they brought joe biden in to negotiate with the republicans. so maybe obama sensed that. but i don't know -- it's worthy to investigate. >> sean: yeah. one theory i have, i want to ask you one more question about your theory. i would argue, $6 trilon in debt, very hard to explain away. i would argue that, you know when 2012 economically is worse than 2011, which was worse than 2010, unemployment in 2012, fewer jobs in this ye

talk about are some of the numbers. we had 600,000 government jobs added in the last two months. we had 873,000 jobs by a household survey, which is a total estimate from 50,000 phone calls. of those 600,000 were temporary workers. chris, these numbers are all a series of assumptions, tons of assumptions, and it just seems somewhat coincidental that the month before the election, the numbers go one tenth of a point below where they were when the president started, although i don't see anything in the economy that says these surges are true. the 873,000 jobs in the household survey is the strongest economy since 1983. i don't think you can find an economist, there were 25 of them this morning that predicted 8.1% to 8.2%, but they did predict 114,000 jobs. we got 114,000 jobs, and somehow the assumptions ended up at 7.8%. >> well, let me get back to your tweet this morning. it must be embarrassing for to you do a tweet now after the power you used to have. i mean, tweeting, doesn't seem like something i'd hear from jack welch and i mean it. here you put out the word, unbelievable jobs num
